Chris & Sonja Hawk have been life long residents of East TN. They met at the University of Tennessee where they both received their Bachelors Degrees. They have called West Knoxville home since buying their first house together following their marriage in 2001. They currently reside with their three young sons in the Northshore/Westland area.
Sonja, in addition to being a busy mother of three young boys, has had a successful professional career in sales, mortgage lending, and most recently as a project manager for an international engineering firm.”Whether I’m dealing with customers on a professional deadline or my sons schedules, I believe in a strong organized schedule to maximize time to ensure all efforts are aligned with their needs. I know the excitement as well as the stress of buying or selling a new home, with my experience as a mother and business professional, rest assured I’m here to reduce those stressful moments so you can enjoy your time with your new home and your family.”
Chris’s professional experience has included working as an investigator for the federal government following college and then starting and growing a professional services business. Most recently Chris has enjoyed a successful and rewarding career working for two of the largest global healthcare companies. “Throughout my professional career I have always placed an emphasis on quality, persistence, and providing real value for all of my customers. I always identify the needs of my customers to ensure they are never left second guessing their choice to do business with me.”
Chris & Sonja are excited to bring their professional and life experiences to the Phil Cobble Fine Homes & Land. “We know the importance of finding the right home and not just any house will do. We know things such as location and price are always of importance, but we take it further than that to identify your specific needs and ensuring quality is never sacrificed in buying or selling your home.”
We’re please to be part of the Phil Cobble team and “We look forward to taking you home!”
