Heath Hennen grew up in rural NW Ohio. Growing up Heath was very active and successful in many different sports, learning to not just be an athlete, but to be a student of the game. Heath also started working in the construction field with his grandfather and local farmers at a young age, working and learning the value of blue collar work ethics of not just working harder, but working smarter. Heath started selling cars in 1986 at 17 yrs old, learning all aspects of the business, with special interest in the art of negotiating. Heath took a break from the car biz in the mid 90s to work in the Nuclear and Coal plant industry. Getting laid off from a downturn in the industry, Heath moved to Knoxville in 1997 going back into the car business specializing in finance, while also starting a family and raising 2 daughters. Knoxville also would be the place God wretched Heath out of the world and set his focus on Spiritual and moral values, that would add to his already strong work ethic and family values.
After buying several properties and finding the process to be discouraging dealing with lazy and incompetent realtors, Heath decided not to sit back and whine, but to do something about it and earned his real estate license in 2003. Heath offers his blue collar upbringing and Spiritual values, along with the negotiating skills to the table for each buyer and seller offering to work harder and smarter for them to make the process as smooth and professional as possible.
